RJA #9a

Research Question- Is sex in advertising affecting youth?
Precise Claim- Sex in advertising is should not be allowed because it is taking over the minds of young men and women between the ages of 13-19.

Reasons/Blueprint

1) It influences youth to be sexually active.
2) It increases the rate of STD's and STI's.
3)Causes mainly young women to have low self esteem, to be depressed, etc..
4) It causes youth to act in an adult manner.

Complete Thesis Statement- Sex in advertising should not be allowed because it is taking over the minds of young men and women. In today's advertising's sex is what is being advertised, not the actual product.
